Support Specialist

InReach is a leading provider of services to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $43,350 and $62,500 based on 20 hours of work per week at a rate of $20.35 per hour for Community Living Services and $22.52 per hour for Day Support Services.

• Provide support and instruction in home living environments.
• Assist individuals in identifying and acquiring valued social roles.
• Facilitate community integration and help develop healthy social habits.
• Dispense medication and monitor dosages as needed.
• Transport and accompany individuals to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• One to two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.

This is an independent contractor position, and contractors will receive a 1099 tax form. Additional fees may apply for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
