What Were Looking For:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

Position Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and analyze data on student progress.
• Assist in the development of personalized learning strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide direct support to students during instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Monitor and document student behavior and progress regularly.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
