Automation Recruitment Specialist

Specializing in custom automation projects, our client is a leading player in the world of controls and robotic solutions globally. As an Automation Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans to attract top talent and fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify candidates using various tools and strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruiting needs and develop sustainable staffing strategies
• Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities
• Screen and interview potential candidates; prepare ratings on applicants; make salary recommendations
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or related field with a Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years with a Master's degree
• Experience in staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact well with people at all levels in and outside the organization
• Five years' experience in staffing/recruitment is preferred
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00-$40.00, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Associates may also be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable.
