Position OverviewYour Daily Responsibilities

As a key member of the Operations team, the Manufacturing Team Leader will oversee the planning and execution of daily production objectives, emphasizing Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.

Key Contributions
  • Lead a team effectively to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly production goals
  • Ensure smooth operations by managing processes and resolving bottlenecks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies and digital tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and product quality
  • Foster positive employee relations through feedback, mentoring, training, and development
  • Build a strong team through ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical, engineering, or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within production or a similar environment
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve results
  • As a federal contractor, Siemens Energy is monitoring federal and state legal guidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The company is currently pausing its mandatory vaccine policy while the issue is under judicial review. Siemens Energy will keep a close watch on the situation and may reinstate its policy if required to comply with federal law. If the vaccine policy is reinstated, this position will require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they receive a medical or religious exemption.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may qualify for internal transfers.
