As a Production Supervisor, you will manage various sectors of the facility, ensuring the production of high-quality components while meeting organizational objectives in safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is available for the overnight shift (11pm-7:30am).

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that all equipment and processes are safe for employees and the environment, achieving safety targets.
  • Adhere to the Quality Management and Environmental Management System and Safety protocols on a daily basis.
  • Detect and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Assess and fulfill departmental training requirements, ensuring staff are qualified to operate machinery.
  • Guide teams in enhancing processes, quality, cost-effectiveness, and employee development.
  • Provide direction and supervision to production staff regarding expectations; address employee concerns; monitor performance, attendance, and leave.
  • Oversee product flow to ensure appropriate staffing strategies align with customer requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement in 5S practices, cleanliness, organization, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
