Position Overview: We are looking for a committed Hand Add Temp to manage hand-add operations and assist in various roles within the facility. This entry-level position focuses on upholding cleanliness in the production area, particularly in the hand-add section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forklift Operation: Utilize forklifts to facilitate production activities.
  • Ingredient Management: Prepare and arrange ingredients for mixing operators according to mixing specifications.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and clear batch records for traceability.
  • General Cleanup: Conduct cleaning tasks within and around the hand-add area and finished product zone.
  • Backup Support: Offer assistance to other positions as required and be available for additional hours.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Engage in tasks involving grasping, fine manipulation, and assembly using both hands.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Forklift experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain focus amid interruptions, strong follow-through, self-motivated, and possess critical thinking abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular twisting, stooping, bending, climbing, and pushing/pulling.
  • Frequent reaching and occasional overhead lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to outdoor/uncontrolled weather conditions, dust, and moderate to severe noise levels.
