Job Title: Family Intervention Specialist

Join Youth Villages, a national leader in children's mental and behavioral health, as a Family Intervention Specialist. In this role, you will work with at-risk youth and their families to provide guidance and treatment resources in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry a caseload of 4-6 families and provide individual therapeutic treatment interventions.
  • Meet with families a minimum of 3 times per week and conduct ongoing assessments of clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with other providers, case workers, and courts to formulate a collaborative treatment plan.
  • Provide on-call crisis support to clients 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with weekend rotations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline, with experience working with at-risk youth, adults, or families.
  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of related experience in counseling and/or case management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
