Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain buildings, including floors, windows, and common areas
  • Remove debris and keep areas neat and tidy
  • Vacuum and buff floors and carpets
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Assist with grounds work, including sweeping, landscaping, and snow removal
  • Maintain a clean environment by mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal
  • Assist maintenance team members with tasks as needed
  • Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions
  • Experience working with cleaning chemicals
  • Light knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions
