We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm and Analysis Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for designing and executing algorithm tests, leading research and development teams, and securing research funding.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute algorithm tests with limited oversight.
- Serve in a leading role in algorithm design discussions for defined portions of programs.
- Design larger portions of algorithms and testing with minimal oversight.
- Lead sections of technical report execution.
- Lead discussions with sponsors for large portions of research.
- Work with independence at sponsor sites under guidance of technical leads.
- Mentor student researchers and facilitate their technical development and tasking.
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming in Matlab.
- 3+ years research experience.
- Experience leading research and development teams.
- Demonstrated success at securing research funding.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
