About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the foodservice program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the foodservice program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Responsible for all training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards.
  • Effectively communicate all directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision.
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition desirable.
  • Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager designation required.
