Customer Service Team Lead

As a Customer Service Team Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives. This role involves inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service, while ensuring a customer-first focus is always top priority.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Model company core values and maintain a neat and orderly front end area.
- Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by delivering a consistently great experience to all customers.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
**Requirements:**
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. The estimated salary for this position is $14 - $15 per hour based on the location in Louisville.
This part-time role offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part-time associates may also be eligible for benefits such as medical coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time in accordance with applicable law.
