Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a rental or sales environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications used by The Hertz Corporation
  • The ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Requirements

Prior experience in dealing directly with customers, handling inquiries, disputes, and adjustments would be an asset. Additionally, 4 years of customer service experience combined with 2 years of sales experience would make you a strong candidate for this role.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
  • Drive a vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • See and read documents and screens clearly
