Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, patient, and willing to problem-solve. You should also be able to connect easily with children and their parents. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.
