Job Summary

National Products Inc. is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining tooling and equipment to support our production needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tooling Setup and Maintenance: Perform basic setup and maintenance of tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Tooling Inspection: Inspect tooling components for damage and communicate any issues to the team.
  • Assembly and Repair: Assemble, repair, and rebuild tooling components for die cast and other tooling applications.
  • Machining Operations: Operate various machine tools, including surface grinders, mills, drill presses, and lathes, to perform machining operations of moderate complexity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Tool and Die Technician preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, precision measuring equipment, and shop mathematics. Ability to use various hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
