Future Transitions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized service plans to promote daily living skills and independence in clients.
- Provide training and support in areas such as toilet training, hygiene and grooming, travel training, and social skills development.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure client progress and adjust service plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and service delivery.
- Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification for adults and children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
As an Educator with Future Transitions, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including client homes, community centers, and other community-based locations.
