Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to lead our Louisiana site wastewater and recycling operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operations, including module recycling plant, ultra-pure water plant, wastewater treatment plant, site waste management, and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize cost to meet company set goals
- Lead team to practice total compliance of established programs and procedures
- Manage capital and operational budgets within AOP/POR
- Manage capital process improvement projects through design, construction, and commissioning phases
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (Chemical or Mechanical Preferred)
- 5 to 7 years of overall industrial experience with 2-5 years of supervisory experience
$100-135k yearly
