- Manage a range of Contract Management activities, including negotiations and contract closeout
- Work with various contract types and fee arrangements
- Interact with external customers and internal senior leadership
- Support strategic goals and objectives of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in contract negotiation and management
- Knowledge of contracting principles, including FAR and DFARS
- Ability to analyze contract terms and conditions and assess risk
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading a team is a plus
- Proficiency in contract data management systems
