Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team at ResourceMFG. This role involves the assembly of electric submersible sensors and surface panels, ensuring high-quality standards and precision in every task.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble electric submersible sensors and SPTX surface panels.
2. Review work orders and obtain necessary engineering drawings, schematics, and components for assembly.
3. Conduct electronic assembly tasks, including wire stripping, crimping, and soldering.
4. Perform checks utilizing multimeters, megohmmeters, and other measuring instruments.
5. Install various firmware types and execute diagnostics.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Strong work history with a focus on attendance and reliability.
- Familiarity with electronic assembly processes is preferred.
