Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
  • Preferred certifications: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on property needs.
Preferred Skills:
  • Self-motivated and team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service and personal accountability.
