Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on property needs.
- Self-motivated and team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service and personal accountability.
- Commensurate with experience.
- $ hourly.
