As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including installation, modification, and testing
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce the severity and frequency of malfunctions
  • Identify potential risks and problems with HVAC and refrigeration systems and inform supervisor
  • Complete documentation of work, including daily time sheets, logs, and records
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve department goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration services and HVAC systems
  • Extensive knowledge of temperature controls and HVAC systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Windows OS
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle registration
