- Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce the severity and frequency of malfunctions
- Identify potential risks and problems with HVAC and refrigeration systems and inform supervisor
- Complete documentation of work, including daily time sheets, logs, and records
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve department goals and objectives
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration services and HVAC systems
- Extensive knowledge of temperature controls and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Windows OS
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle registration
