Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Cell Therapy Research Scientist to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting mammalian cell culture and designing cell characterization assays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting advanced cell analysis techniques, including flow cytometry, digital PCR, fluorescent imaging, brightfield imaging, and coulter principles.
  • Evaluating cell preservation techniques, such as lyophilization, fixation, and cryopreservation, to generate stable cell-based reference materials.
Requirements
  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, which can include graduate school research.
  • Specialized experience in cell assays, including count, proliferation.
  • Familiarity with molecular methods for cell characterization.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
