Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving security, privacy, IT, and business leaders and executives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications for GSPO & IT Leadership, business leaders, and executives.
  • Translate technical and abstract IT concepts into business-relevant language for business leaders and executives.
  • Facilitate projects / deliverables through interaction with various cross-functional leaders and personal contribution.
  • Document and follow up with other team members to ensure resolution of issues that arise to maximize the chance of a successful outcome.
  • Work with the project team to track any issues and coordinate with the appropriate experts/stakeholders to make sure these issues get properly resolved in a timely manner to maximize the chance of success.
  • Monitor scope of project. Adjust project plans to adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Ensure GSPO, IT LT and Chief Security & Privacy Officer are understood, gain understanding when desired outcomes are not feasible and provide alternative solutions to meet objective(s).
  • Conducts feasibility studies, risk analysis, and perform cost/benefit for projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years experience operating in an Security, Privacy, or IT leadership capacity (eg, Project Management, Team Lead, and / or comparable role).
  • Adept at integrating personal delivery with collaborative delivery with Security, Privacy, and IT executives, leaders, and peers.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, participate in department/team projects and balance detail with departmental objectives.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
  • Advanced ability to interpret and translate complex, abstract technical concepts into business relevant language and value propositions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Advanced level of investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly advanced level of people management and engagement skills, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence; including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility.
  • Advanced persuasion and negotiating skills when working with senior staff and stakeholders.
  • Effective at managing stakeholders and establishing positive, constructive relationships.
  • Master at PowerPoint and developing Executive-level presentations and visuals.
  • Master at Excel merging, reconciling data; lookups / cross-references; a PivotTable wizard; Charting; formatting and leveraging into Exec-level information presentation.
