We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team at Scorpco, Inc. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening skills with an ability to understand client needs.
  • A history of successfully building and nurturing lasting client relationships.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals independently.
  • Leadership experience, whether through community involvement or professional roles.
  • Comfort and success in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.

Compensation Package: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
