We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Pre-Sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to prospective customers on their cloud adoption journey. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business value propositions, demonstrating how our solutions can address their unique challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.

As a Solutions Architect, Cloud Services, you will be part of our core consulting team that helps our customers solve problems, tackle projects, and embrace any challenge. You will work with a diverse and specialized team of Cloud Infrastructure, Platform, Data & App engineers to design, develop, and deliver cloud solutions, using platforms such as Microsoft Azure (specialization), AWS and GCP. You will also stay updated on technology and ecosystem trends, especially cloud infrastructure, security, migrations, operations, SRE, distributed architecture and event driven architectures.

What You'll Do:


Key Responsibilities & Function:

Cloud Architecture Consulting:

  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, technical infrastructure, and cloud adoption goals.
  • Design and present compelling technical solutions that leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of our cloud solutions.
  • Articulate the technical and business benefits of cloud adoption, including cost optimization, scalability, agility, and security.
  • Advise customers on best practices for cloud architecture, security, app modernization and operations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless computing, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), EDA (Event Driven Architectures)
  • Microservices architecture design and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing.
  • Experience with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git) & SRE Framework.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud environments, including identity and access management, data encryption, and threat modeling.
  • Develop recommended solutions for clients and model out the cost structure and design of those solutions.
  • Determining what kind of team and skillsets are required to complete the work
  • Defining the process or methodology with which the work will be completed
  • Defining the tools and technologies that will facilitate completion of the work
  • Defining the governance structure for ensuring quality of the service
  • Creating the financial structure for controlling costs and billing for the service

Sales Enablement

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of pre-sales materials and tools.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application development, operations, and security to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide cloud solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communicate system requirements and specifications to software development and engineering teams, as well as key stakeholders

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior engineers on cloud computing best practices.
  • Obtain Cloud Certifications as required by the partner programs


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role in cloud services field
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP or equivalent cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Certifications such as
  • AWS – Certified Solutions Architect
  • Azure – Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-700, SC-200, or other specialized certifications from any hyperscaler.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
