About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Account Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Control team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Risk Control services to assigned accounts across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to identify hazards, evaluate existing controls, and coordinate the delivery of Risk Control services to reduce or prevent losses.
  • Analyze losses to identify trends and ensure comprehensive plans address loss leaders while utilizing appropriate resources.
  • Negotiate and manage client expectations to achieve a balance between service and cost.
  • Influence clients to ensure commitment to service plans and implementation of recommendations.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with underwriting, brokers, claims, and Risk Control service teams assigned to the account.
  • Write technically detailed reports communicating a clear assessment of risk and articulating recommendations.
Requirements
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
