StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a large Anesthesia group to assist them with the recruitment of additional CRNAs to join their team in New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs to work independently alongside their colleagues in a full-scope practice.

Perks and Benefits:
  • Aggressive compensation plan with total comp ranging from $350,000+
  • $40k sign on bonus
  • 12 weeks of PTO
  • Additional compensation if you work more than 40 weeks in a year
  • Independent Contractor (1099) status
Practice Highlights:
  • Independent, full-scope practice
  • Team of 9 CRNAs
  • Excellent variety of cases including GI, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, Urology, ENT, and OB
  • CRNAs independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
  • Group is willing to mentor for blocks and lines
  • Nice quality of life with diluted call pool
  • Post call day off
