General Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for delivering cleaning, floor maintenance, moving, grounds upkeep, and project-related services as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all cleaning, floor maintenance, and project tasks within the designated area or as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Provide related services, including bed relocations, mattress changes, and supply stocking.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness; maintain a steady and efficient work pace; achieve excellent quality assurance scores.
  • Engage hospitably and supportively with staff, patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Ensure equipment, tools, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and in good working order. Respect company property.
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to emergencies, special requests, spills, and other urgent needs.
  • Accept guidance and feedback from supervisors and hospital staff.
  • Adhere to departmental attendance, break, conduct, dress, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in departmental and hospital training programs.
  • Exercise sound judgment while interacting with patients and visitors. Maintain professionalism at all times. Take initiative in providing service or addressing needs.
  • Assist fellow associates as needed and respond to directions as given.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
No formal education required.

Experience:
No prior experience required; however, one or more years in housekeeping or service roles is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with effective cleaning methods, solutions, equipment, and tools is essential.
