Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and assist customers in the loading process of renting passengers at Will Rogers World Airport Terminal and Rent-A-Car Center (CSB).
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Count and manage passenger flow, maintaining the loading order of the bus rotation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work shifts that can start at any hour (24 hours) and on any day.
  • Strong understanding of bus rotation and customer service plan and maps.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand outdoors in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
