About the Role

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a skilled Cooler Service Technician to join our team in Spring Hill, FL. As a key member of our equipment services team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer locations within a designated territory or region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition, ensuring that it meets company standards.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and ready for use.
  • Ensure that vehicles have appropriate levels of parts inventory, ensuring that technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of general technical experience, preferably in plumbing and electro/mechanical fields.
  • Prior diagnostic troubleshooting experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude is required.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred.
  • 1 year of refrigeration/HVAC experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required.
  • I-Fountain or Best certification is preferred.
