Physician Assistant

Baptist Health Medical Group is expanding its team of medical professionals and is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Hematology Oncology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant in Hematology Oncology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
