Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Caregivers: Oversee the work of Personal Care Aides and Companion Caregivers, ensuring they provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct Home Visits: Perform regular home visits to assess client needs, provide guidance to caregivers, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Maintain Client Records: Accurately document client information, including care plans, progress notes, and any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members, including nurses, social workers, and caregivers, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain current knowledge of home care best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in private duty home care, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
