About the Role

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in the Midwest offices. As a Tax Manager, you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax consulting and compliance services to clients in a variety of dynamic industries.
  • Perform tax research and work with clients on tax matters, implementing special projects.
  • Identify and implement tax planning, prepare tax calculations, and manage client relationships.
  • Participate in recruiting and the development of staff in a highly interactive team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, MST or CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend.
  • Proven leadership skills in developing and managing client services teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
  • Possess effective writing, communication, and tax research skills.
  • Experience with tax technology is a plus.
