Job Summary:Soliant Health is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Portsmouth, RI for the 2024/2025 school year. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Stay current with best practices and innovative techniques in speech-language pathology
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Rhode Island
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
