  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person.
  • Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions to customers.
  • Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
  • Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
  • Have transportation to and from work to be able to be on time to scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
