Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support to our residents, visitors, and internal and external staff.

Responsibilities:

* Answer and screen phone calls, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handle all voicemails, including those received via email, in a timely and efficient manner.
* Greet residents and guests with a smile and direct or escort them to their desired destinations.
* Conduct daily resident check-in and check-out, ensuring residents sign the front desk binder.
* Enter daily safety and resident falls reports, as well as snow log reports when applicable.
* Monitor the Nurse Call system and respond accordingly.
* Enter transportation and work order requests into the system as needed.
* Sort and deliver mail, internal messages, and packages to residents and staff.
* Reserve the private dining area for residents and guests.
* Familiarize yourself with emergency call systems and procedures (fire, medical, and police).
* Keep your supervisor informed of any unusual matters or situations that require attention.
* Refer prospective residents and families to the leasing team.
* Distribute applications to prospective employees.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, with three to five years of related experience and/or training.
* Minimum of three years of office experience.
* Experience working with the elderly is a plus.
* Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent customer service skills, patience, and empathy.
* Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and composed manner.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
* Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 to $16.00, with comprehensive health insurance and benefits.
