Senior Living Operations Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Living Operations Leader to join our team As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality senior living services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Living Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents, including managing health and wellness programs, medication management, quality assurance, and financial management.
- You will work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- A successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You will be expected to maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Sunrise policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Health and Wellness:
- Lead the development and implementation of health and wellness programs that meet the needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care possible.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.
- Training, Leadership and Team Member Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our team members grow professionally and personally.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure that we have the right talent in place.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.

- In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year.
