Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

About the Role:- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest quality and safest care possible.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA (if applicable).
- One year of recent experience in a critical care setting (preferably in an ICU).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
