About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Manager to join our team at Titan Industries. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing suitable land for solar parks in the Magdeburg region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach property owners, tenants, and other local stakeholders to establish relationships and secure land for solar park development
  • Conduct research and site identification to evaluate potential land for solar park development
  • Develop and maintain contact with property owners to negotiate land acquisition agreements
  • Collaborate with our project development team to ensure successful land acquisition and project development
  • Represent Titan Industries in associations and trade fair events to promote our company and solar park development initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in acquiring and negotiating with diverse contacts and partners, as well as in sales
  • Strong initiative and sociability skills to build relationships with property owners and stakeholders
  • Competent and binding demeanor with a strong focus on results
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet with property owners and stakeholders
  • Personal interest in the expansion of renewable energies
