Job Summary

DPS Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Capital Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all engineering and technical aspects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring that all engineering and technical aspects are properly executed.
  • Ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • 10+ years of project engineering experience in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
  • Strong knowledge of biotech processing, aseptic manufacturing equipment, and project management methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of ISPE good practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
