Salary Range: $85,260 - $108,610 per year

Job Summary

The RN Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
  • Supervise licensed nurses and direct care staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans for residents.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations of residents admitted to alternate care environments.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
  • Nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care experience preferred.
