About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, in addition to a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

As a Culinary Service Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed. Your duties will include:

  • Performing prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weighing and measuring designated ingredients
  • Carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
  • Storing food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
  • Cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Distributing supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  • Utilizing approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
  • Serving customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
  • Resolving customer concerns and relaying relevant information to supervisor
