Job Title: Quality Control Technician

At ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection and Testing: Develop and implement methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation by creating gauging systems or adapting existing inspection equipment.
  • Precision Measurement: Set up, program, and utilize various precision measuring devices and instruments for meticulous checking and adjustment of tools and gauges.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree (A.A.) from an accredited technical college or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience 3-5 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: At least 3 to 5 years CMM programming experience, experience with Mitutoyo CMM's MCOSMOS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
