We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch service and maintenance for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
