Position Overview
We are currently seeking an IP Litigation Associate with a background in electrical engineering or computer science to engage in various litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in all aspects of patent litigation, including but not limited to:

  • Discovery processes
  • Drafting legal pleadings
  • Writing persuasive briefs
  • Preparing and arguing motions

Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, relevant law firm experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must hold a relevant bar admission or be eligible for prompt admission. Preference will be given to those who are admitted to practice before the USPTO.
