As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and efficient service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to act as an advocate for individual clients, escalating issues as necessary to facilitate the timely resolution of service problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advocate for individual clients, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Facilitate timely client problem-resolution, engaging cross-functional representatives or groups as appropriate.
  • Respond to client concerns in a professional manner to convey ownership, competence, and respect for the client relationship.
  • Accurately document client requests using our tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this position is $50,100 - $80,400 per annum (salaried position). Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
