Position Overview
As a vital member of the operations team, the Security Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of assets within the designated area. This role requires a proactive approach to security management and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates risk management initiatives to effectively safeguard personnel and property.
  • Acts as an integral part of the operations team, focusing on resolving security-related challenges.
  • Delivers comprehensive security services, collaborating with various stakeholders, including management, legal teams, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Educational Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and writing skills, along with a curious mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to generate detailed reports are essential.

Work Environment

This position is classified as non-covered safety sensitive; candidates must maintain a high level of alertness and safety. If the role necessitates carrying a firearm, it will be subject to random drug testing. The work environment is industrial, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. Travel may be required.

Minimum: 4,107.80 | Midpoint: 5,340.14 | Maximum: 6,572.48
