We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding experience at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Service Delivery: Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, assist callers with various inquiries, and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the entire facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Membership Management: Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
Requirements
  • Age and Availability: Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, talk to members and potential members in person and on the phone, and lift up to 45 pounds.
