Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee commercial and residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, and concrete lifting and leveling projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of general construction laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction project team management, delegation, and quality control processes.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Varies, including weekends and holidays, with local day travel required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry/push or pull up to 50 pounds, with moderate-loud noise exposure.
