Job Overview

Collette & Hamilton PLLC is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Receptionist Coordinator.

Experience in a receptionist role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
  • Managing appointment scheduling, including changes and cancellations.
  • Assisting clients in completing necessary forms.
  • Preparing documentation and daily schedules for the team.
  • Updating client records and documenting services rendered.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments and sending reminders.
  • Verifying client benefits and payment methods.
  • Handling general office tasks such as answering calls, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Organizing client appointments efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with office management software is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $23, based on experience.
