Job Opportunity

American Standard Home Services, a leading direct-to-consumer bath remodeler, is seeking a skilled Walk-in Tub & Shower Installer to join their team. With over $100 million in sales in 2023, the company is committed to creating better homes for everyone everywhere.

As a partner with American Standard Home Services, you will receive pre-sold products directly from their manufacturing facility and be responsible for the complete installation of shower systems in customers' homes. Your role will focus solely on installation, with no involvement in sales or collections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing full installations of Senior Walk-in Tubs or Acrylic and Solid Surface showers
  • Inspecting and transporting materials to customers' homes
  • Introducing and explaining the services being performed to customers
  • Demolishing bathrooms
  • Completing installations of shower systems, including installing wall systems, shower floors, or walk-in tubs
  • Installing accessories such as grab bars, soap dishes, and seats
  • Providing 5-star customer service, documenting work performed, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices
